A new and fun way to control your appetite is here; wear a Jamullah peppermint scented shirt. Peppermint has been known since ancient times to have varying effects on people. The effect today controls diet and helps one lose weight. The scent simply blocks the chemicals from reaching the appetite center in the human brain. Peppermint other effects range from increased focus, muscle relaxer, and headache reliever.

The peppermint oil is laid into textiles and will stay active for multiple washes. Because of this, the scent can help through multiple occasions, even for several months. It is not permanent, but new technology makes the scent incredibly durable. It will surely provide focus and diet control on an important night.

The design on the shirt is therapeutic artwork from a Jamullah artist. The shirt combines artwork and aromatherapy to offer a soothing solution for diet control. Jamullah was born on the premise of sharing art and poetry online with friends. It has evolved to helping others through Freedom Gifts, where quality products and great artwork can both be found.

Peppermint is the most widely used aromatic in the world, for good reason. It can be used in foods, medicines, cosmetics, and now, T-shirts. This essential oil was well known by the ancients in Egypt and Rome. Peppermint grows naturally in Europe, North America, and Australia in more than 20 varieties, and one of the few essential oil plants grow in USA. There have been numerous studies on the aromatherapy qualities of peppermint.

The main component in this great plant is menthol. According to the British Medical Journal, smelling menthol relieves headaches and nerve pains. It is agreed upon in the scientific community that peppermint keeps you alert and focused. Peppermint oil aromatherapy can be used for anti-inflammatory, relieve muscle spasms and pain, kills viral infections, clears lung congestion, and helps sooth indigestion.

How to maintain your Pollen Herb Grinder

Herb grinders provide an easy way to grind up plant material, herbs and spices. It is especially useful for those that grow their own herbs and wish to grind into different particle sizes. This desire has been filled perfectly with a four-piece herb grinder. With four pieces the plant material can first be ground, then sifted into a smaller chamber from holes. This chamber is separated from the last chamber by a fine mesh that only allows super small particle size to fall thru, perfect for pollen collection.

Through correct cleaning, your herb grinder can last a lifetime! You can achieve this with a small plastic piece that comes with Jamullah Grinders. These plastic triangle pieces can serve to scrape pollen, or aid in cleaning your grinder. When cleaning the grinder, first disassemble all parts and remove any particle matter, using the plastic tool. The next step is to fill an airtight container with isopropyl alcohol, 90% or higher. Place the grinder pieces into the container and close the lid. Let the parts soak for ten minutes then shake the container gently to shake off other particles. Finish by scrubbing away any other particles with a q-tip dipped in the alcohol. Gently brush the mesh screen with a toothbrush. Once done, rinse the grinder with water and let dry. Now you can reassemble your herb grinder!

Jamullah Grinders employ the awesome ability of zinc alloy and sharp stone grinding power. Jamullah Grinders are four pieces, and comes standard with a plastic cleaning utensil to extend life of your grinder. Artwork is also standard, each grinder comes with unique Jamullah design engraved on to the top.

Wise Bird,

I love your sweet browns and creamy greens, I need your red eye peering towards me.  Thank you for standing tall when I had shrunk before, you are a motivation to us all.  Freedom, Independece, this eagles know’s truth to it’s end.  This day, July 4th, is a happy and somber day to know that real lives were taken for this gift of America, and real people took real action to secure our freedom.  This Eagle will stand tall anywhere and always remind its viewer of truth, and wisdom.

I think 30×40″ stretched canvas is my new favorite thing to paint on.

Pink Cheeks was a ton of fun because it was the first large canvas I have created in about 2 months.  It is amazing to see how it transforms when you focus on on just one shape, or one color.  The most immediate charecter visible in this painting, is what loks like a girl.  Featuring pink goggles with purple straps, a blue hat, and big mouth.

If we focus on something else, the pink and purple, the charecter changes.  Add the blue in, and it becomes more of something.  Now use what you have learned and view the whole painting at once.  i see a woman with pink butt cheeks, riding away from us on a motorcycle.  She has solid blue hair, and light blue shoes.  Her legs are purple.  The motorcycle is brown, see the wheel?  Squint a little bit.

A direct approach to surrealism;
these original works promote dynamic
thought through seemingly endless flowing strokes,
and invoke a raw sense of emotion,
transcending the viewer into new,
complex visual realities.

I used an agreement from Enchanted Creek and changed a bit of it to fit my needs.  If an artist, feel free to change and develop this agreement to fit your needs in consignment.  Artist make deals with: gallery, stores, cafes, office buildings.  Consign where you can.

Dead Head is part of the new edition grouping, separate from the 50 paintings I created in the first couple months of my career.  I am donating the remaining pieces to good people or selling at “hood” prices.  I will only bring my best new edition paintings to Portland when I move.  Email me about a donation, or make an offer on a painting listed on http://jamullah.com/paintings.php

Most are $200-$1000, but with the sale going on, I would accept offers as low as $60-$200.  Now is the time to buy if you are in the Atlanta area.

This piece embraces the soft colors and dark background I have grown to love and admire.  I see many happy and joyful creatures transforming and moving constantly in this painting.  What do you see and feel?

This is called yummy for a single reason; to send subliminal messages to my girlfriend.  I see romance, mouths, heads, holes, and of course, beautiful flowing strokes.

Break Up Poetry- Part 2

Read this poem to your sweetheart when she or he thinks they are winning.  This will surely let them know, you have thoughts and feelings of your own.  When things get sticky or boring, these flowing words may bring fruit to your now seemingly fruitless relationship.  I know you want to let them know, you want more.

You want more: meals, sex, clean house, respect, whatever else

“Butterfly” will put new wind into your heart(s).

“BUTTERFLY

open your eyes in the morning sun
and the pain trickles in from our previous sins
and the resin is hard to turn to love dust because its hard to swallow hard to accept
and these letters and words will do nothing but fill and feel regret
and that is what we want and because our selfishness and stubborness neither can have the flag
and by our misread captions and red thirtsty outbursts this feeling of evil and hurt feels us to the core
and im shaking and in this waking nightmare i despise the ones you put with me
and victoriously you watch me fold and break and turn my shell outwards into a trembling branch
and this branch has leaves shaking dead feelings escape and powerful wind blows my pieces to the floor
and this basin of love has depth but this river of thought has regret
and ever and forever and of yesterday i feel less for you and feel more for the rain
and those drops those forgotten tear drops and heart breaks and those geese that see the light of day
but i tuck them away
for fear of abandonment or loss of pride and i cant take the first step to fix this night
but because fingers cross and words twist and your tongue misquotes your spirit
i am left torn and gone with the wind
but this time im not free im anything but me
i can no longer see the beauty within my life- only loss
suck hole costs and tear drops from brain loss
i hate despise and counteract this thought
with a shaken dream of heart
but this heart is now gone and has been replaced with fear
and i hate this reaper of life and the immaturity that stares back at you in the mirror
i would ask you forever more- only if you would give me the door.
but the only door i see-is an exit.
will i flee?”

PS I accept no responsibility for her tears.

My girlfriend’s father suggested I paint Obama.  This is what I came up with using the surrealist automatism technique.  It sure is rather nice, and the folks at artofobama thought so to.

Where I can see this hanging: daycare center, mexican restaurant, hotel lobby, plastic surgeon’s office, construction trailer deco, smoke shops, any school (email about donating), and if I play my cards right; Michael Jackson’s funeral.  Seriously, I kinda see a green man doing the moonwalk, and the sensual flow reminds me of the late MJ.  God rest his soul.
